Shipping and Returns


All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail first class post with full tracking.  

International orders will be dispatched using DHL with full tracking.

Delivery costs are included in both Studio Collection and Bespoke Design order costs.


Any personalised items or made to order artwork commissions unfortunately do not qualify for a refund once the pieces have been completed or sent to print.  If you need to cancel your order before this point you must inform me as soon as possible, I will then cancel your order, subject to any work already completed, and refund to your account within 14 days.

Cancellation of stationery orders (both Bespoke and Studio Collection) cannot be made after approval sign off and any design time fee will be non-refundable subject to work already completed. It is at the discretion of Alf & Alba to determine this cancellation fee.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of personalised goods or stationery samples. However, if your order is in any way incomplete, incorrect or has been damaged in transit then please contact me within 7 days of delivery and we will rectify any issues immediately. Please provide photographs of any items damaged in transit for our records as we will need this to lodge any claim with the courier/royal mail.
